We had our wedding reception at Shangri-La at Wynnum, and couldn't be happier with the place! It's been around for decades but has been renovated, the staff there are SO lovely and helpful, besides which- their prices are fantastic, we'd shopped around quite a bit and couldn't go past them. They were so reasonable, calming and helpful along every step- a Godsend for the stressed Bride-to-Be! They put on drinks and nibblies for our guests in the gardens while we had photos, for next-to-nothing. You can even have your wedding right there in the gardens! If you're planning a wedding you should at LEAST check them out! Our guests have been complimenting the place ever since!
